This symposium is held every year to widely introduce the efforts and results of the Medicine and Health Unit, as well as to mutually understand, share, and exchange opinions on the research content within the unit.
This symposium, which was held for the third time, focused on the eight groups that make up the Medicine and Health Unit (“Precision Drug Discovery”, “High Depth Omics”, “Medical Information”, “Social Transformation Through Data Science”, “Stem Cell Regulation”,”Neuroscience”,and “Future of Medicine”,and “Medical Engineering Collaboration”) each gave presentations and reports on their group’s efforts and research results, followed by a lively question-and-answer session and exchange of opinions on the floor that transcended group boundaries.
The symposium also featured a presentation by the newly established “Medical Engineering Collaboration” group and a joint effort by the Think Tank Unit and the “Future of Medicine” group, providing a good opportunity to think about and deepen exchanges not only between groups but also about the possibility of future collaboration between units. The symposium provided a good opportunity to deepen exchanges not only between the groups but also to consider the possibility of future collaboration between units.
Thank you to everyone who participated.
