Joint research begins on a “food AI system” that gathers and shares advanced knowledge while preventing confidential information from leaking

Associate professor Mitsuru Tanaka, group leader of Food Science in Environment and Food Unit, joined the project “Development for AI system to realize rational food production”. This project will be done by collaboration with Kyushu university and Kyoto university, MP Gokyo Food & Chemical Co., Ltd., NISSIN FOODS HOLDINGS CO., LTD., Nisshin Seifun Welna Inc., MEGMILK SNOW BRAND Co.,Ltd., TOYO INSTITUTE of FOOD TECHNOLOGY.
