Sustainable Design Camp 2024\u306f\u3001\u672a\u6765\u793e\u4f1a\u30c7\u30b6\u30a4\u30f3\u7d71\u62ec\u672c\u90e8\u3001\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u30e6\u30cb\u30c3\u30c8\/\u65b0\u305f\u306a\u90fd\u5e02\u30e2\u30c7\u30eb\u306e\u63d0\u6848<\/a>\u3000\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u30ea\u30fc\u30c0\u30fc\u3001\u5c3e\u5d0e\u3000\u660e\u4ec1\u6559\u6388<\/strong>\u3089\u3092\u4e2d\u5fc3\u306b\u3001\u90fd\u5e02\u306e\u7e2e\u56f3\u3068\u3044\u3048\u308b\u30ad\u30e3\u30f3\u30d1\u30b9\u3068\u5468\u8fba\u5730\u57df\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u3001\u8131\u70ad\u7d20\u306f\u3082\u3068\u3088\u308a\u3001\u30a4\u30ce\u30d9\u30fc\u30b7\u30e7\u30f3\u3092\u751f\u307f\u51fa\u3059\u74b0\u5883\u3065\u304f\u308a\u3001\u4ea4\u901a\u3084\u7dd1\u5730\u306e\u30de\u30cd\u30b8\u30e1\u30f3\u30c8\u3001\u7523\u5b98\u3068\u306e\u9023\u643a\u3001\u798f\u5229\u539a\u751f\u306e\u5145\u5b9f\u306a\u3069\u3001\u6301\u7d9a\u53ef\u80fd\u306a\u8996\u70b9\u304b\u3089\u5c06\u6765\u3092\u898b\u636e\u3048\u305f\u8a08\u753b\u3092\u69cb\u7bc9\u3059\u308b\u76ee\u7684\u3067\u958b\u50ac\u3055\u308c\u307e\u3057\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n

\nThe Sustainable Design Camp 2024 critique session (final presentations) was held on Monday 9 August 2024.<\/p>\n

Sustainable Design Camp 2024 is a group leader of the Decarbonisation Unit, Integrated Initiative for Designing Future Society,
\nThe aim of the event, led by Professor Akihito Ozaki, Group Leader, Decarbonisation Unit, Design for the Future, was to develop a plan for the campus and surrounding area, which can be seen as a miniature city, from a sustainable perspective, including not only decarbonisation but also creating an environment for innovation, traffic and green space management, cooperation between industry and government, and the enhancement of welfare facilities.<\/p>\n

The Declaration of Carbon Neutrality by 2050 has accelerated efforts to realise a decarbonised society, and planning for future energy supply and demand in cities and buildings and the transition to zero carbon are extremely important keys to resolving global environmental issues. In particular, highly effective measures are needed in technological development and institutional design to accelerate energy conservation in housing and buildings.<\/p>\n

In the final critique session, a total of 92 students from China, South Korea, the USA, Taiwan and Singapore, as well as Kyushu University students, were divided into eight groups and gave final presentations on the theme of ‘Renewing the university campus and surrounding areas from a sustainable perspective’. The groups developed future-oriented plans from a sustainable perspective for the Ito campus and the surrounding academic city, regarding the introduction and proposed development of conflicting environmental element technologies, such as energy conservation and comfort, health and intellectual productivity, into the city and its architecture.<\/p>\n
